Tracy has an outstanding record with start-up organizations dating back to the mid-80’s within the banking industry. Over the past 2 decades she has served in a variety of leadership roles in ministry and the church. She and her husband, Jay, founded a privately held company in 2008, Genesis Elevator Company. With 65 employees they provide funding for an orphan care ministry they co-founded in 2014. Saving Susan Ministry elevates orphan care through relational partnering and programing. Tracy currently serves as President and CEO.
Her vision is to take her passion for helping others combined with her business background and non-profit experience to help NGAF reach more families touched by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. She is determined to make a difference as her youngest son, Mason, was diagnosed with ASD just a few years ago.
Tracy and Jay have called Georgia home since 2001, where they raised their three amazing sons. They currently split their time between Blue Ridge and Marietta. In her free time she enjoys everything outdoors, golf, tennis, cooking and is currently working on publishing a Bible study for families who live with mental illness.
