Peg Nicholls

Board Member

Peg brings more than 25 years of sales leadership and business development experience growing recurring revenue streams in both emerging new technology and established markets for the likes of Apple, Amazon and Cisco. She is a high energy, results driven sales leader known for building successful sales teams and business partnerships.


Peg leads an Enterprise Sales team of professionals at Apple helping bring Apple solutions to F1000 companies in the Southeast. Prior to Apple, Peg helped AWS launch new products in the Global Strategic Sales Organization. Peg spent most of her career at Cisco/Webex, after joining Cisco as part of the Webex acquisition in 2007. Peg was hired in 2002, as the first Global Account Manager at Webex to capture new account relationships with the world’s largest and most complex customers. Peg drove exponential growth at Webex, helping her team in establishing recurring revenue streams with the likes of GE, Bank of America, UPS, FedEx and The Coca-Cola Company. While at Cisco, Peg led sales specialist teams in Global, Enterprise and Commercial accounts. In the most recent role, Peg led the Worldwide Cloud Collaboration team to double digit growth in every region of the world.


A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Peg is a fierce and loyal college football fan. Peg and her partner, Tom enjoy living in North Georgia on a farm they aspire to grow into an equine therapy destination for Children needing help with self-esteem. Their four children are Clay, teaching at North Georgia and part of the National Guard; Connor, who is studying Applied Math at the University of Utah and is preparing for a Masters degree; Shane, who is graduating UGA in May in Sales and Marketing; and Delaney who is a sophomore at UGA studying for a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Internal Affairs.


Peg is a previous Board member at The National Ability Center, and is passionate about helping people with all abilities find strength, self-esteem through sports and recreation and Equine Therapy leading to the grit and determination to compete in the workplace. Peg's vision is a level playing field in career opportunities for people with all abilities. Peg loves to spend her spare time developing her love for the outdoors and training in natural horsemanship with her equine partners, Red Cloud (RC) and Stitchie who’ll make wonderful therapy horses someday!
