NGAF is partnering with Cisco, Genesis Elevator and multiple companies to establish a postsecondary school called the "Georgia Bridge Academy."

We hope to kickoff with our first cohort of ten students in June, 2021. Successful completion of the nine month program will lead to a Cisco Network Security Certification, a three month internship and potentially a high paying career opportunity.

Dr. White's Corner:

Research Information and Opportunities

It can be hard for parents and consumers to know which path to take for treatment, when time and resources are never unlimited. There are science-based resources to help you. Division 53 of the APA has dedicated considerable content (ECT) to helping consumers understand the research for different therapies, for a range of concerns and disorders. At the Center for Youth Development and Intervention at the UA (www.cydi.ua.edu) we are extending these efforts on a more local scale. We are here to help families access research and information.
